Is The Logitech G Pro Wireless Worth It?

Battery life’s been something plaguing wireless mice since their inception, but does it haunt the Logitech G Pro Wireless?

Similar in shape to the Logitech G305, (the one that I’m currently using) the G Pro weights about 80G, and can go lighter if you swap the AA battery with AAA using a converter.

Unlike the G305 though, the G Pro has LEDs capability, but it can be shut off to save some battery. According to Logitech it will last 48 hours with default lighting, and up to 60 with no lighting.

As far as sensor and DPI it’s top of the line, DPI is in the range of 100-16,000 and it’s equipped with the HERO sensor. Can’t really get better than that at the moment.

USB report rate comes in at 1ms, so the question of response time can really just be thrown out these days when comparing wireless to wired.

In conclusion, if you’re looking for the best of the best in a mouse, and want something wireless, this is one of the best options available. With personal experience using its baby brother the G305, I’d highly recommend Logitech’s wireless mice right now.
